Refund policy

At CICO (Cash In Cash Out), every piece is crafted as part of a limited release. We maintain strict quality control, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Size-related issues

• Change of mind after purchase

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after inspection.
